The Patrol Bureau of the Neptune Township Police Department is committed to improving public safety and quality of life for all residents in our community. All new Police Officers begin their career in the Patrol Bureau, working the streets of Neptune Township for their first three months with a certified Field Training Officer. Police Officers in the Patrol Bureau have many responsibilities, including traffic and township ordinance enforcement as well as answering calls for service. Our Patrol Bureau is highly active, answering over 34,547 individual calls for service in 2024 and making 1,642 adult arrests.
