On Tuesday, August 4th, Neptune Township’s National Night Out was bigger and better than ever! Neptune PD partnered with local businesses and township organizations to host an incredible evening filled with food, games, and prizes. Hundreds of residents enjoyed a packed night of fun, including a dunk tank, giant slides, free ice cream, and our famous bicycle giveaway. Kids (and adults!) were also able to check out emergency vehicles and equipment, which included a helicopter that landed courtesy of Hackensack Meridian Health and vehicles from Neptune Township, NJ State Police, and more. Dozens of township agencies, local businesses, faith-based organizations and community groups were on hand, offering free products and sharing information about local services and job opportunities.

National Night Out is all about building community pride and fostering open dialogue between residents and police officers. We value every opportunity to meet with our neighbors, hear your concerns, and strengthen our mission of community-oriented policing. Chief Anthony Gualario and the entire NTPD would like to thank our local businesses, generous donors, and the Federal, State, County and Local agencies that helped make this event possible. Most of all, we'd like to thank everyone who came out to join us. We think the pictures say it all, and we’re already looking forward to next summer!
