(Neptune, NJ) –  On 10/2/19, after a one month narcotic distribution investigation, the Neptune Township Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on the 400 Block of Fisher Ave. Arrested during the warrant was resident Patrick Thompson, 54 years old.

Seized during the investigation was less than half an ounce of Heroin and $316.00 in US currency believed to be the profits of narcotic distribution.

Thompson was charged with Possession of less than ½ ounce of Heroin with Intent to Distribute in Park Zone, Possession of less than ½ ounce of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Thompson was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a detention hearing in accordance with bail reform.

Monmouth County Sheriff’s office K-9 assisted in the investigation and during the execution of the warrant.
