Neptune Police Intercept Drugs, Gun

(Neptune, NJ) – On Tuesday, 9/25, the Neptune Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit arrested Levi Peckhaus, Frederick Simzer, Tobias Garrigan-Peckhaus in the parking lot of Walmart in Neptune Township during a narcotics investigation. As a result of the investigation, a loaded .44 caliber magnum handgun was recovered along with Heroin, Anabolic Steroids, Cocaine, and other drug paraphernalia.

Levi Peckhaus (24-year-old male, Asbury Park) was charged with: Distribution of Anabolic Steroids, Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Anabolic Steroids, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Loitering to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released on a summons.

Frederick Simzer (31-year-old male, Hazlet) was charged with: Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Simzer was remanded to MCCI to be held for a bail hearing.

Tobias Garrigan-Peckhaus (20-year-old male, Haymarket, VA) was charged with: Unlawful Possession of a Handgun, Possession of Anabolic Steroids, Loitering to Purchase a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Garrigan-Peckhaus was remanded to MCCI to be held for a bail hearing.
